How We Work

Titan Technologies (SE Asia) adopts a very similar code of conduct as would an OEM; this essentially means that Titan Technologies (SE Asia) shall provide all the necessary comforts to ensure that a Titan product end-user is fully satisfied with the product, the after-market support, and the on-going serviceability of the product purchased. All product support services are performed in-house at Archerfield.

Titan Technologies (SE Asia) has the technical resources to assist in a number of projects; jointly with OEM affiliated tool suppliers TTSEA guarantees to provide a superior bolting solution to suit all types of applications.

The product range represented by Titan Technologies (SE Asia) encompasses about 95% of all industries’ needs for bolting applications.

Service & Repairs

Titan Technologies (SE Asia) provides a large number of services, including:

• Large range of new tools, pumps and accessories
• Large parts and component inventories of all products represented
• Service and repair of tools and pumps with a quick turn-around time
• Certified Calibration test for gauges
• Material Crack testing square drives
• Inspection and testing of high pressure hoses and fittings
• Hire service to all Titan and non-Titan tool end-users (locations in QLD, NSW, TAS, and WA)
• On-site training to all product end-users by Titan technical representatives
• Free inspection and quote for large and medium size projects
